To me a maid is a female housekeeper, a butler is a male housekeeper like in the show "the Nanny". I guess its house you take it.

I am college graduate Filipina and I have experiences in office, sales and I know house jobs.
In order to work in the Netherlands with a Philipino passport, you would need a work permit, and these are only issued when the employer can prove that this job cannot be fulfiled by another worker from NL or any of the other EU countries (excluding Bulgaria & Romania).
A store clerk, nanny or housekeeper is a general position which can be fulfilled easily by many people and hence you will not receive a work permit.
The only possibility would be to work on a temporary basis (so not a permanent visa) as an au pair, but you need to:
- be between 18-26 & also unmarried
- have never stayed previously in the Netherlands
